Capturing them against the sky, desaturating (if you did that) --- all works very well for me. Very nice group composition.

One more thing --- you might have brought this one in closer, as in the previous b/w version. Works better, I think, to remove the person in the front left. (just an opinion).

Its very nice but I preferred the b&w version - I thought the photo was stronger without the colour distractions which, after all, are not central to the photos appeal.

Did you apply a layer of unsaturated color on this, because colors are light, very nice indeed.
